In the distance

This is one of my favorite photos of my daughter. It was actually a “mistake,” I was following her and I just kept clicking away (in aperature mode)LOL, I took a photo, looked at my LCD as she entered the beginning of the tunnel, and could see that the black shadows were going to be fantastic. I quickly dialed down the exposure, and just as I did, she was at the other end, and “I got it.” If your a photographer, you know that moment when you don’t even need to look at the LCD. And you just get up and smile because now you have a secret treasure. This was one of those moments for me. Those moments were the ones that kept me going when I absolutely took the worst photos ever! Now I can go out and take great photos anywhere, any time! Thanks to the people who pushed me to keep on going when I had my doubts, and to those who hired me at the very beggining, you believed in me too:)I just entered this photo to a themed challenge by I heart faces called “In The Distance.
